At Next Step we believe in a dedicated & professional service for all of our clients. We adhere to a strict “no-fee” policy regardless of your circumstance. In addition, we wish to reward each customer for choosing us & believe that the best way to do this is by giving something back to you. We achieve this by refunding part of our commission earned, our way of saying thank you.

You will find us easy to contact & we will be in constant contact with you at all times, looking to update you to ensure all of your queries are answered in a prompt, friendly & efficient manner.

We provide a one stop shop where we will arrange everything for you, such as sourcing your loan approval, instructing the valuation, liaising with your solicitor & arranging the relevant life assurance & home insurance products.

We are on hand from start to finish, until the day the process is complete. We are available after hours & offer an out of office service to our clients.
